Hi, I’m Becky — founder of Nikles & Bargs Studio Assist Co., where organization meets creativity and behind-the-scenes support meets thoughtful partnership.

My background spans event management, operations, project coordination, marketing, and client services. Over the years, I’ve planned and managed events of all sizes, led operations for a busy employment agency, supported company rebrands, created digital content, streamlined processes, and even project-managed a multi-million-dollar facility build. These roles taught me how to bring clarity to complex details, anticipate needs, and create experiences that feel polished and seamless.

But more importantly, they taught me this: true support is rooted in partnership.

It comes from getting to know your world — your goals, your pace, your style — and stepping in with the kind of help that feels personal, intentional, and genuinely impactful. That’s the heart of what I do.

MY STORY

After years of being the go-to person — the organizer, the planner, the problem-solver, the one managing the details behind big ideas — I realized how much I genuinely enjoy supporting people in meaningful, practical, and creative ways. I saw how much relief it brought, how much clarity it created, and how much more confidently people showed up when they didn’t have to carry everything alone.

I’ve always felt the pull to build something of my own. And with a few gentle — and honestly, some not-so-gentle — nudges from the people who know me best, I finally took the leap. I chose to trust the talents that have been there all along and the deep desire I have to help people and make a difference in their day-to-day lives.

Nikles & Bargs was born from that decision — a place where I could bring all my skills together and partner with people who want support they can rely on.
